Important Notice
All orders will be dispatched within 72 hours after placing the order.
We have established a global warehousing and logistics network. Your gift box will be shipped from the nearest global distribution center within 72 hours of your order, so you can receive your gear early and calmly prepare for the 2026 FIFA World Cup in Canada, Mexico, and the USA.

Why 72 hours?
Three things happen within these 72 hours: accurately matching the nearest overseas warehouse, conducting final quality inspection and exquisite packaging of the gift box, generating a tracking number and handing over to the international carrier. Every box is carefully calibrated by us – your wait will be rewarded.
II. Shipping Methods & Costs
Free Shipping on All Products: All orders, regardless of amount or region, qualify for free shipping on both standard and express delivery.
We partner with leading international carriers such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS. You do not need to pay any shipping fees; the checkout amount is the total cost of the products.
III. Estimated Delivery Times
The following are expected delivery times after placing the order (including the 72-hour dispatch period):

Delivery times are estimates. Orders placed before May 15 are guaranteed to arrive before the World Cup opening.
IV. Customs Clearance & Duties
International Orders
All displayed prices are product prices only and do not include customs duties, VAT, or other import taxes that may be levied by the destination country. These fees are determined by local customs and are payable by the recipient upon delivery. If a package is returned due to the recipient’s refusal to pay customs duties, we will issue a refund after deducting the actual shipping costs (even for free-shipping orders, the shipping costs we bore will be deducted) and return shipping fees.
EU Orders (IOSS)
For orders shipped to the EU with a value not exceeding €150, we are registered for the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS). VAT paid at checkout is collected by us on behalf of the authorities, and no additional customs duties are required at customs clearance. Orders exceeding €150 are still subject to local duties.
US Orders
For orders shipped to the US, packages valued under 800 may be subject to customs duties, as determined by customs.
V. Order Tracking
Once your gift box is dispatched, we will send you the tracking number and link via email. You can also log into your account and check real-time tracking status in "My Orders". Tracking information usually takes 24-48 hours to update.
VI. Delivery Coverage
We deliver to most countries and regions worldwide. Some remote areas or regions with logistics restrictions may not be serviceable. If your address cannot be selected at checkout, it means we currently do not deliver there. Regions not serviceable include but are not limited to: war zones, certain islands, and countries under UN sanctions.

VII. Address Modification
Before the order enters the "packing" status, you can modify the shipping address yourself by logging into your account, or contact customer service for assistance. Once the order enters the dispatch process, the address cannot be modified. Any loss or return caused by an incorrect address shall be borne by the buyer.

Holiday impact: Delivery times may be extended during local public holidays.

Extreme weather: In case of force majeure (snowstorms, hurricanes, etc.), carriers may delay delivery.

Receipt notice: Delivery is considered complete once the package is handed over. If someone else receives it on your behalf, please ensure the delivery address is secure.

Q: How long after ordering does dispatch take?
A: All orders are dispatched within 72 hours.
Q: If I order now, will I receive it before the World Cup starts?
A: For orders placed before May 15, we guarantee delivery before the World Cup opening. For orders placed after May 15, we recommend choosing express delivery (also free of charge) to ensure timely arrival.
Q: Why can’t you dispatch immediately?
A: Within 72 hours, we need to perform global warehouse matching, final quality inspection, and premium packaging to ensure every box meets our collectible delivery standard.
Q: If the World Cup is postponed or rescheduled, will dispatch times be adjusted?
A: Should FIFA officially adjust the tournament schedule, we will synchronously adjust our dispatch commitment and notify all placed orders via email.
